  1. Hi, A week ago I updated P3D from 4.1 to 4.2, all went well until I tried to fly with FS2Crew (Reboot) on mij PMDG 737 NGX (64 bit). The main FS2crew panel is blanc, empty. I de-installed FS2Crew and PMDG 737, Reinstalled step by step PMDG 737 NGX tested it, closed the P3D 4.2. Installed FS2CRew Reboot, started P3D en the problem appears to be solved. The menu was back, nice black instead transparent. Until I rebooted the PC, so now the issue is back.. System check is ok. DLL might be the problem. I'm sure I have installed the 64 Bit version, downloaded the latest installer from the Website. I would appreciate a solution. Kind regards Eric
  2. Time displayed is wrong

Hi everyone, I'm using P3D v4.1 and FS2Crew (version 3.1) for the 737NGX and I noted that the time in the main panel go wrong. Usually starting from the long state it takes 25 minutes (and it actually display +25) but if I time it with a chronometer it will be longer than 25 minute, approximately +40 (a minute displayed is approximately 85 real seconds). I have also checked the time in the simulator it's right and on normal speed. I tried to reboot and reinstall but unfortunately it's the same! I hope you understood my problem fixing that because this is a awesome product for the 737, also really helpful for the pilot. Regards Andrea Casolari
  3. Is there a fix out there to get Fs2Crew 3.1 to work in Prepard3d V4.2?? I install, but after setup following the manual and pressing "N", nothing comes up. I did assign the the keys correctly for P3d for the PMDG 737. Is there a dll entry missing or something? Any help would be appreciated.
  4. Hey Team, First, I want to say that this is my first Leonardo product, and it's truly magnificent. Well made, indeed! I do have a question for you all; why will my engines/electrical system cut out suddenly? The engine (which, I believe triggers the electrical cut out) will occur after engine start up, and/or immediately after take off. My initial flight was a success (with no eng/elec issues), but for every flight since, i've had my Eng shut down randomly either after push and start, or take off. Knowing that i've completed one flight successfully makes me think it's user error. What system/procedure could i be ignoring that allows this shutdown to happen? I'm following the checklists to a T (I hope), and the only thing I can point to is to FS2CREW and some of the commands I give them. I think it has to do with the APU gen or something. Any insight would be appreciated!
  5. Hi Thinking of the PMDG 747-8i future release, will Queen of the Skies PMDG 747-400 FS2Crew be compatible with the 747-8i. If not, do you think that FS2Crew will then release after just for that aircraft? Nice to know as I would buy FS2Crew in advance since Sale still on. Essentially same aircraft as far as FS2Crew goes, I think Thanks Gusbow
  6. Because this pmdg 737 just enter in mine flightsim p3dv4 hangar... I ask me if it it better to learn first to fly with it alone, and then acquire the fs2crew (for immersion and ambience... Or doing the use of fs2crew directly is a good way ?
  7. FO is Lazy

Hello Guys, I recently bought this wonderful addon FS2Crew Reboot for 737 NGX v3.1 for P3D v4.0, and I am using Button Control Pack and SOP 2. Here is my prob: * During the Checklist Procedures the FO doesn't do anything. I hear him saying 'Checked' and other things. All the procedures I configured for FO are only heard but nothing happens. He never touches the aircraft. Is this how the button control supposed to be? I have read the entire SOP 2 Button Control manual but cound't find the answer. * The same thing is with FA's voice and Ground Control. FA says is it ok to close the door? I say 'Yes' and only the sound of shutting doors is heard but the doors are not actually closed. I have to close them manually from FMC. I ask the ground control to connect and disconnet the GPU, they say 'GPU connected' but they don't actually connect, I have to do it FYI only the Landing Gear seems to be working properly. I press the MAIN BUTTON for Landing Gear and the FO puts it UP/Down accordingly Please Help me on this Thanks
  8. Hi Eventually found the configurator in the steam tools library but it says I don't have fs2crew installed despite the fact I do. Any thoughts?
  9. I installed FS2Crew. I pressed the button enable. After that, if I'm trying to create a scenary with a Boeing 737, Prepar3Dv3 turns off. "The work of the program is stopped, the winnow looks for ways to solve the problem." What can I do?
  10. pmdg 777

  11. Attention PMDG 747 Drivers - Your Official PMDG Endorsed Flight Crew expansion for the 747 is available! We're pleased to announce that FS2Crew for the PMDG 747 QOTS II has been released and is ready for download! Click here to visit the product page! Like before, we're offering 5 Euros off to anyone who has ever owned a FS2Crew product before. Coupon Code is: 747 So what's it all about? Like with the other FS2Crew's, this product was designed in close consultation with a pilot who is current on type. In this case, he's 747-400 FO, and we think he knows his stuff We're not just making up procedures off the top of our heads; everything you see in the program is based off a real 747 pilot's experience. That said, our goal is to make your PMDG 747 experience more immersive and more realistic by allowing you to fly the 747-400 from the vantage point of the Captain and Pilot Flying using realistic airline procedures, callouts and checklists, and we think we've achieved that goal Indeed, the PMDG 747 is a great plane, but with FS2Crew for the PMDG 747, you're not flying your PMDG 747 like it's a little Cessna 152 -which would be realistic, or legal. You're flying it as part of a team, in a multi crew environment, the same way the real 747 is flown. In terms of expectations, the vast majority of you probably already own FS2Crew NGX Reboot. NGX Reboot was one of our most successful products ever! People loved it. It sold very well. If you liked NGX Reboot, then you'll love FS2Crew for the PMDG 747 QOTS II! Indeed, the learning curve for you will be low since you'll already be familiar with the interface system. In terms of SOP Sets, we're offering two this time. SOP Set 1 is based on Boeing SOPs. We found while researching the 747 that the majority of the world's airlines are going back to the stock Boeing SOPs - at least for their 747 fleets. However, we've included a large number of customization options so you custom configure the SOP to match your specific needs. SOP 2 is based on a British airline, who we can't name. It's different from the generic Boeing SOP, and it gives you a chance to try something different. Passenger and Freighter models are fully supported. Some of you noticed that we charged a bit more for the 747 than older versions of FS2Crew. This is because we're supporting FSX and P3D out of the box, including the 64 bit version of P3D. There's a new version of P3D every year, and we'll releasing free updates every year to match them well into the foreseeable future. We could easily be looking at 10 plus years of updates so long as Lockheed Martin keeps supporting P3D. The product also ships with two female pilots, one German, one American. And one male FO, who is British. A lot of you asked for female FOs, and we delivered! You now have some female companionship while you're over the ocean somewhere Enough talking from me! Go download the 747, spread the word that FS2Crew for the 747 has been released to all your friends and fellow simmers (we appreciate the support!), and fly safe! And thank you for supporting indie Flight Sim developers like FS2Crew! We couldn't ask for a more awesome user base!
  12. FAQs and Quick Help: Question: I have FS2Crew NGX Reboot. What will the learning curve be like? Answer: Low. The Reboot NGX interface style was very popular and people found it easy to use, so we decided to keep the same user interface system. For the 747, you'll mainly need to learn the 747 flows. There are also some other differences described in the manual, such as how the FA can be contacted via the interphone. Question: In the 737, I heard a passenger boarding sound during preflight, but I can't in the 747. Answer: According to our real-world 747 pilot, in a 747 cockpit you can't hear any passengers. Remember: The 747 is not a 737. Question: I have P3D V4, and the FO is not moving any of the switches or pressing buttons. Answer: You need to have the latest P3D V4 version. To know what version of P3D V4 you have, right click on the Prepar3D.exe located in your main P3D folder. Look at the "details" section / tab. Look at the "file version". You need to have or later installed. More info here: Question: How do I turn on the night lighting for the FS2Crew panel? Answer: This is in the manual, but remember to move the outter knob shown here on the Captain's side to the full on position (two right clicks with your mouse). Question: The localizer and glideslope alive calls play at the wrong time. Answer: We can't, with total accuracy, read the position of the loc and glideslope needles the same way you can see them on the instrument panel with your own eyes. It should be accurate most of the time, but if you don't like them, you can always disable them via the Config Options if you don't like them. Question: I have general problems. Answer: Make sure your anti-v*rus program is excluding the FS/P3D folder. Some anti v*rus programs are aggressive and will quarantine critical files causing problems. For additional diagnostic help, Please run the "SYSTEM CHECK" located via the FS2Crew 747 Config Manager located on your desktop. Question: I'm using FSX. The PS button does not work. I click it but nothing happens. But it works fine in P3D. Answer: The PS button opens our new Panel Switcher panel that allows users to easily skip direct to different camera views around the cockpit. It's a very handy tool. It's like EZDOK in a way. The FSX Version of the PMDG 747 uses up all the available panel windows slots, so there's no room for the Panel Switcher. This problem is not an issue in P3D. The (optional) solution is this: 1. Open the "panel.cfg" file located here with NotePad (it's a good idea to make a backup first). SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 747-400\panel\ 2. Put forward slashes in front of these two lines: Change this: window11=Zoomed Right Inboard DU window12=Zoomed Right Outboard DU To this: //window11=Zoomed Right Inboard DU //window12=Zoomed Right Outboard DU 3. Finally, remove the two slashes from the Panel Switcher line. Change this: //window18=FS2Crew Panel Switcher To this: window18=FS2Crew Panel Switcher That's it! Your panel switcher will now load in FSX! Question: Radar Contact or other 3rd party addons are no longer working properly. Answer: Apply the same fixed used for the PS (Panel Switcher) button described above as the source of the problem is the same (panel window limit). Question: The 747 Config Manager will not load. Answer: 1. Delete and Reinstall the Riva Tuner Statistics Service. That worked for one user. Question: My panel FS2Crew Main Panel is black. Answer: This means the FS2Crew gauge did not load. 1. Re-install the PMDG 747 aircraft. Ensure it's the latest version. Manually delete any left over PMDG 747 folders in the SimObjects folder after the uninstall, then re-install. That will restore the 747's panel.cfg to its original, clean state. Then re-enable FS2Crew. This will ensure everything is in the right place. 2. Do not use Saved Situation files. If using FSX, default aircraft on the Free Flight screen should be the Trike. P3D: Default aircraft on load-up should not be the 747. 3. Run the "SYSTEM CHECK" in the Config Manager. 4. Try this solution as a last resort. This is a very rare situation, but it solved the problem for one user: 5. Another use was using BITDEFENDER, an anti-virus program that nuked a lot of FS2Crew files. Make sure your anti-virus is excluding the main FS folder. Personally I just use Windows Defender; no problems for me. Question: Where did the VOICE button go? Answer: To minimize screen real-estate, we moved it to the SECONDARY PANEL. When you first load the 747, FS2Crew is in BUTTON CONTROL mode by default. If you want to enable VOICE CONTROL, open the SECONDARY PANEL and go to the SETUP PAGE. We're using the same system found in NGX Reboot! Question: Where are the manuals? Answer: START - ALL PROGRAMS - FS2CREW2017 and also at: Question: I'm getting the SDK Error. Answer: Consult the MAIN OPS MANUAL Trouble Shooting sections. Odds are you're using Saved Situation files, and those are a no-no. The Trike should always be the default aircraft on the Free Flight screen in FSX. Also run the SYSTEM CHECK via the FS2Crew 747 Config Manager. Question: I get an error message when I try to enable FS2Crew in the 747 Configurator. Answer: You have a write permission problem. From another user: In the upper window of the "safety-tab" proprieties of the FSX folder I had to add (it wasn't in the previous menu) "everyone" than in the lower window I had to select the authorizations for "everyone" and I selected also "scrittura" enabled ("writing" enabled) and than Windows updated all the files of this folder with the new authorizations... Question: I get no headset audio, or I'm losing my audio. Answer: Uninstall your current audio drivers via the Windows Control panel, and re-start your system. You want to use the Microsoft "Realtek" drivers. Sometimes, custom audio drivers can cause this issue. In Windows Sound options, uncheck the option that allows programs to take "exclusive" control of your audio device. Update your audio drivers. Open the Windows "Volume Mixer". Ensure the "Applications" slider is not muted. Question: How do I install the English - US language pack in Windows 10? I tried, but English - US is not visible in the 'Language' drop down menu. Answer: 1. Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & language. 2. Select "ADD A LANGUAGE TO THIS DEVICE". 3. Select the language you want to use from the list (ENGLISH) 4. Choose which region's version you want to use (ENGLISH - US). 5. Left click on the English US language set, and a new menu should appear. Then you must click 'OPTIONS' and then click 'DOWNLOAD' under the 'SPEECH ' category. 6. Go to the 'ADVANCED SPEECH OPTIONS' page in the Control panel. 7. English - US should now be visible in the Language drop down menu. 8. Don't forget to train your voice! Question: I'm running Windows 10. The system is not hearing my voice. Answer: Uninstall Asus Sonic Studio, Asus Sonic Radar and Asus Studio 3 if you have them installed. You don't need their bloatware. That solved it for one user. Another user had an audio program called Nahimic running on his laptop. Exiting that software prior to loading FS solved the issue for him. If using a laptop, you may need to disable your built in mic on the laptop in order for your headset mic to be detected. Question: I'm using Vox ATC and the FS2Crew Main Panel will not open. The system check says everything is okay. Answer: The Panel Window Number sequencing in your panel.cfg is out order to the two entries VOX ATC adds. Please open the 747's panel.cfg file with notepad. SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 747-400\panel\panel.cfg Change the two FS2Crew window entries number so the numbers are in correct numerical sequence. It should look something like this. Note the correct Window numbering and how they are in numerical sequence. window15=Light Sensor Window16=VoxATC////VoxATC Window17=VoxATC Recent Comms////VoxATC window18=FS2Crew Main Panel window19=FS2Crew Secondary Panel window20=FS2Crew Panel Switcher When done, you will also need to update the tthee FS2Crew window sections at the "bottom" of the panel.cfg so the window numbers match up with the Windows Titles section. If you have any problems, just send us a Support Ticket. To avoid hitting the windows panel limit, it would be a good idea to comment out these two lines like this. //window11=Zoomed Right Inboard DU //window12=Zoomed Right Outboard DU
  13. Is it my imagination or have I got a bugged voice pack, but when passenger load one of them says "for F sake that's all I F ing need" I sure that's not right.
  14. Hi I bought 777 fs2crew and its works and today Its isn't work, I click on C ,set set on the autofader and when I click on C the panel appears and immediately Disappears. I try to reinstall and its still dont work, What supposed I do?
  15. Hi All, Anyone else with a problem with FS2Crew for the PMDG 777 after the latest PMDG 777 update? Am running FSX Accel., Win 7 64 bit. I went over to the FS2Crew forum and one other person has the issue reported, but re-installed FS2Crew and everything was OK. For me the re-install of FS2Crew did not help. Re-enabled FS2Crew after the install, set up the same keyboard shortcut as before (Key "x") to the main control panel in FSX but FS2Crew panel refuses to launch. There's no other config to be done as far as I recall, correct? Nothing in the FMC/PMDG Setup options to start the app? Regards Mark

  17. Hello, i have FS 9 and the ifly 737. I bought FS2crew (bundle voice and button) for ifly at aerosoft yesterday and installed the Button version for the Ifly. I can start the program and can hear the different announcement for the passenger. But if I want to start the preflight checklist with the main button x or the “Run PF” I hear , the pilot says "the Preflight checklist" , and then the FS 9 crashes. The window of FS9 becomes black. I always use the window mode. windows explains a mistake with the FS2crewIfly737.gau. This file is in the subgauge folder of the fs2crew folder [FS2CrewData] Accent=0 Volume=3 USBDevice=3 AES=0 Doors=1 GateDep=1 GateArr=1 PbUnits=0 PbDist=4 Greetings Sven
  18. Hello, I have been a customer since Fs9 days and had a very good experience with FS2Crew and iFly 737. I just logged into my Fs2Crew account and wow it has been 6 years already, found out there is a Spring Sale so want to buy couple of products (PMDG 737 and 777) Now I am using FSX:SE with PMDG aircrafts and most of the time I save the flight before TOD and restart the SIM to refresh VAS in order to have a smooth approach and landing without OOM. I want to ask if Fs2Crew will load normally with the saved flight? Cheers! Hoang Le
  19. While I'm only a desktop pilot myself, spoken to a few pilots and have gathered the QF lighting procedures, if possible could these be added to the next update (SOP 1)? Before Taxi: Taxi light - ON Wing light - ON Runway Turnoff - ON After Takeoff: (I believe this part already happens) Taxi Lights - OFF Turnoff lights - OFF Retractable Landing Lights - OFF Passing 10000 Wing - OFF Logo - OFF Landing Lights - OFF Passing 10000 decent Fixed Landing - ON Runway Turnoff - ON Taxi- ON Logo - ON Wing - ON Turning into Gate Wing - OFF Taxi - OFF Runway Turnoff - OFF Also if it's possible on the ground, nav lights are only used at night. I'm not quite sure what flows should be but during a missed approach it doesn't make sense to turn off lights if you're returning to the same airport. (Maybe Approach Brief Option - Missed Approach: Diversion or Another Attempt or similar) One last thing, I understand that this would be harder to implement due to voice files but is there any chance of getting the Fuel check during the before start checklist like in the original NGX FS2Crew. Thanks Brendan

  21. FS2Crew wont work

Hi so i recently reinstalled my PC after several technical issues with it, when I came to install my PMDG 737-800/900 NGX because i had the box version i had to go through a load of trouble to get the new updated one, however i now have the service pack 1d installed. when i launch the fs2crew manager it comes up with this message. "Warning! FS2Crew requires that service pack 1C for your PMDG 737 NGX models be installed in order for FS2Crew to function properly. Please download and reinstall SP1C. It is currently available in the PMDG support fourum at, but may also be available on the PMDG website at a later date. Please note that SP1B is not sufficient! You must have SP1C or later!" I have service pack 1D installed and it wont open in the sim either. I DO NOT HAVE THE FS2Crew REEBOOT VERSION. Thanks - Robert

  23. When I load my PMDG 737 into a free flight it always goes into 3d cockpit view instead of the 2D which it states it needs to boot up in. I have the setting to load it up in the 2D cockpit but it still won't do it. Even with my keys I assigned it still won't open FS2Crew and I have run out of ideas to fix this issue.
  24. Hey guys, how are you? As a 737 NG FS2crew user since the first PMDG version (later on iFly, NGX and now on Reboot), I have two questions that are bothering me during my flights: >How do I set the FO to trigger the transponder to STBY after the "Ok to clean up"? >How do I make the "Cleared" callout work again and the FO turn on the retractable landing lights? It's a little bit awkward to release my hands from the controls during manual flight (500' AGL on approach) to turn them on. Thanks for you help.
