JustFlight have released a brand new set of screenshots previewing their new AI traffic software, Traffic Global. Touted to include the latest airliners in service including the Boeing 787, Airbus A350 and A320neo, the software will use flight plans generated from real-world schedule data to provide worldwide AI traffic coverage. As well as showing aircraft models and some well-populated airports, the screenshots posted on the JustFlight website also show the user interface, with options to edit schedules and flight plans and the aircraft fleet, including models and tail numbers.

PMDG's Rob Randazzo today published more pictures of the upcoming B Triple 7. Rob made some comments about the aircraft, saying this among others; "We'll start with this image because it gives you the impression of size. The 777 is a BIG airplane. When we first started taking delivery of these airplanes at UAL back in 1995, one of my co-workers commented that the 777 looked like a dirigible with wings... I think this image shows that aspect very well. You will note here also how smooth the skin-form is on this airplane. We have put a significant amount of work into replicating how smooth the airplane's surface is, even with the lap joints between skin surfaces. Boeing put a significant amount of effort into drag reduction in the design of the 777 and you can really see it here." You can join the conversation regarding Rob's announcement and the T7, here.

Scenery developers Imaginesim have released more images to tease their upcoming Singapore Changi release for Prepar3D v4. After a Facebook post earlier this week revealed images of what the developer says will be animated airport staff, today's preview revealed further modelling of service vehicles. The intricate level of detail being modelled hints at what might yet be to come from scenery developers in a 64-bit world, freed from the memory constraints of FSX and prior versions of Prepar3D. However, whilst we may have ever busier and more lifelike representations of airports to look forward to, there will no doubt be those wondering how such innovations will impact performance.

As we near the release of the PMDG 777X base pack I thought it would be useful to create a single forum topic where all the 777 features and info (such as EFB, taxi camera, ECL) that have been debated (and resolved by the development team) are put together to form a more or less concrete picture/idea of what we are going to get upon release. This should also help newcomers find out what to expect and prevent creating topics on subjects that have been discussed months ago. I'll start with what I know: *777-200LR basepack *ECL included *EFB will be added as a service pack later on *Full VC cockpit and modelling and other PMDG features *Accurate sound simulated *Full simulation of 777 performance and *All boeing options will be modelled (like the NGX) *Options accessilbe through the FMC (like the NGX) *Real-time refuelling availble like the MD11 (please correct if wrong) *777-300ER willl be the first addon *The next addon will the 200ER/F *Then we will have the 200/300 models (depending on market interest) If a topic like mine already exists, please delete
