So, when i try to switch my view to spot or other outside view, it wont let me. It just quickly switch back to inside.. And when i am looking at virtual cockpit and try to move head, it just snaps quickly.

Check the slider control in your settings. It should be fully right.

Sorry, i forgot to mention that when i turn my Ezdok on then problems start to appear. When i turn it off, hat switch functions normally.. 

Okay Thunderbird, all you have to do is to read the manual and set-up instructions as you have to assign the hat switch control using the EZCA assignments.  There are also views to change too.
