Anyone heard about Simviation?

Featured Replies

I posted last night just fine but when I tried it this evening all I got was a page saying the domain name has expired and the site was awaiting renewal or deletion. Just wondering if SimV is done for or this is just a glitch.

Working fine for me.

Huh??? Every SimV link I try I get a page from Network Solutions with this message."simviation.com This domain name expired on 02/07/2005 and is pending renewal or deletion."

Works fine for me too. I recently cleared my browser cache, so it's not just using cached data.

I just tried clearing my cache also. Still can't connect. Same page saying their domain name is expired. I ran HyjackThis and it's clean. Since you can get SimV could you please post the email addy for reporting problems on their site here so I can report this to them. Thanks

I just tried simviation and it loads just fine. Your bookmarked page may have become corrupted.Do a search on google for simviation. When the result page comes up, click on the link to simviation. When the simviation page loads, save that page in your bookmarks. Ed

Thanks a lot. Just sent an email but I suspect it's on my own end. I called Network Solutions (SimV's host) and they said the domain was recently renewed and that probably my name server hasn't updated yet.

Allready tried that. First thing I try when I can't load a site. I also tried calling their host and found out that the domain name has recently been renewed so it must be my name server that hasn't been updated yet. Living out in the boonies has it's disavantages at times.

Here's the IP address: http://205.252.250.26/ if you want to get to the site while the DNS changes propagate.

Wow, that was fast. Just got off the phone and posted to this thread then tried SimV and it's back. If I ever need a host I know who I'll use from now on. :)
