File scanning program?

Featured Replies

Hi,Is there any program which scanns each and every tiny file when I install a program.I would like to get a list of every file I install on my PC. Even those in the system folders. And if that program also identifies each registry entry,..the better. :-)So does a program like this exist?Staffan AhlbergSweden/Stockholm/ESSAMD-11 Panel Team - Beta testerMy specs are:Dell Dimension 4800 P4/3.0 Ghz512 Mb DDR333 Dual channel memory128 Mb ATI Radeon 9800 ProCatalyst 3.9DirectX 9.0E171FPb Flat panel monitor 17"240Gb (2x120) 7200rpm HD

Go to Google and search for "disk registry monitor"... it found quite a few. :) Some are separate programs, some are shareware... but what you want is definitely out there.Ah, what the heck... :) Here are direct links to a couple free ones. I've used the ones from SysInternals before. I have no experience with the other.http://www.sharewareriver.com/product.php?id=6691http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/utilities.shtml
