another AI lights question

I know this has been talked about here but I am wondering if this is part of the same problem in DX10 with ai lights or if I missed a setting in DX10 fixer. I am seeing lights not lining up on PAPI, double lights on ai traffic one on top wing and one on bottom of wing, and double taxi lights on taxi ways and they are higher than they should be. The double lights usually one is brighter than the other. Thanks for help.
