Can't Open Keyboard Commands

I used to have keyboard commands working, but however i recently re-installed PMDG B747-400, and I can't click keyboard commands. The screen will turn black for one sec, and will disappear after that. I've tried many times to re-install PMDG 747, and it still wont work out. Does anyone know what's happening/ solutions?

Hello,

 

I had this issue and it turned out that I had to remove all PMDG products on my FSX install and delete all folders/files for PMDG then re-install. Out of curiosity do all of the warning cockpit sounds work for you as this was the other issue I had?
