After purchasing the extended download service, you also have to submit a support ticket to PMDG.

Hi ok how do i send a support ticket to PMDG because i go on to the PMDG website and go to support and it fetches me here to Avsim Forums?

You can choose 'Redownloads' as the topic of your new support ticket.
