Custom jetway problems exporting to FSX

Hey guys!

Good evening.

I followed the tutorial on creating custom jetways for FSX using this link:

After creating it, I export it as an MDL file from Gmax and Import it to FSX with SBuilderX.

For some reason, the jetway never shows up in the scenery.

What could I be doing wrong? I follow the development in Gmax and export the object but I can't see it once I add it in SbuilderX and compile it for FSX.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
