Anyone posting for support MUST supply the following details:

1. Your Windows version: 7/8.0/8.1
2. Simulator: FSX DX9/DX10 OR P3D2
3. Graphics card: NVIDIA / AMD + model (e.g., Nvidia GTX 660 Ti 2GB)
 
If you don't supply this vital information, I simply can't help.  ^_^
