I am on v2.2 with Planner Hotfix

My system is:
i7 @ 4.2,
WIN7 64bit,
GTX780 with 337.5 Beta Drivers

No matter what i do I get errors with the menus I have included an example below. I cant see or select all the options on the change payload bit a the bottom.

I have tried rebuilding shaders

I have tried resetting Display/tools set all items to smaller 100%

Is there a fix for this?

 

Font size is set to standard (100%)

UISettings.xml deleted and no change to above picture

I have reset windows bitmap fonts in the registry using the following guide:

Well, I can remember that there's an XP display mode somewhere in the display settings. I can't find it anymore but it may have been removed in Windows 8 or 8.1. I had a similar problem in the past and to untick this option was the solution.
