Sailtek Combat Rudder Pedals and Prepar3D2.2 - not working

Just tried to get my rudder pedals working with P3Dv2.2 and struggling - even tried rolling everything back to default and manually reassigning axis and buttons - although it now works some of the time I still get some random control inputs from the pedals - and it just does not feel very precise.....

1)Does any have a controller config file that works and I can try to use this as a starting point? (note I am using the pedals with a thrust master warthog stick and throttle - the problem appears to be with the pedals as before I had the warthog working ok using the wheel on the throttle for the rudders)

2)Has anyone else had trouble with their rudder pedals? - I know there was issues before but I though they were resolved with the new 2.2 patch?

Have you checked that P3D has not assigned your rudder axis to the throttle or joystick as well?
