This may belong in an FSX forum, not sure….

 

Using the sound sub-folder in the Aircraft folder, and the sound.cfg file, how is it possible to introduce a sound such as air-conditioning, where the sound is steady and does not change intensity or pitch related to engine thrust / throttle?  I’m also aware of sounds in this folder that are related to gear-down/up,  Flaps, Touch-down, etc., however these too are all related to specific conditions, and will not have a steady-state of being “on”.

 

I’m ignoring the relative complexity of when the a/c paks might be “off” in this question, just getting an “air-conditioning sound” would be great.
