June 1, 201412 yr Greetings, After several tries in years past, I have decided to reopen Virtual NOAA with a twist; the flight training is not really fictitioous and is real world as Vatsim requires real world for VSOA inclusion (there may or may not be a website/forum issue where we have to use a pay-to-play here; personally I think this is counterintuitive but what do I know; I am working on this issue as well as a temporary forums issue).
