Have you got VATSIM server selected in the Opus FSXSERVER Weather Download options dialog?

There's nothing wrong with the NOAA ADDS site, you can Google it and type in an ICAO yourself and check. Check your Weather Download options, that's the most likely cause, we haven't had any other reports of NOAA problems and I've just manually checked METAR reports on the site.

Let us know if that was the cause or if you need any further assistance.

Yes, I'm using VATSIM or IVAO Server for weather download.

My weather download option is default but my opusfsx can't connect NOAA server.

I think it was connection problem from south korea to NOAA server.

Thank you for your help ;-)

I assume then you have tried selecting the NOAA Server option within the Opus Weather Download Options dialog.

Do you see any error messages reported in the FSXSERVER Spy window during the attempt to download the METARs from the NOAA site?

You should also check your router or firewall is not blocking access to the NOAA ADDS website.

I have just downloaded METARs from the NOAA ADDS site with no problems.

Check your system, router or firewall, make sure you are not blocking access and do not have an AV program active.

Can you access the site using your browser?

I can't access the site with my browser.

When trying to download weather data from NOAA server.

always see message Unable to locate GRIB data and Failed to Download GRIB DATA.

that should be NOAA server blocking South Korea ip address in this time.

If you cannot access the NOAA ADDS METAR site even using your browser (could also try Googling) then clearly something either on your system or network is blocking access. Make doubly sure you do not have an Anti virus program active or no other software on your system that would block the NOAA ADDS website.

There is nothing I can do in software to access a website that has been blocked. Can't see any reason why your country would block the NOAA site though so its most likely something on your system or your service provider.

Similarly I don't know of any reason why the NOAA site would block access, after all its a global service.

Stephen :-)
