Locked spot view

Hi all

 

Before I bought fsuipc I could pan around the locked spot view full 360 degree with hat switch

 

I bought fsuipc and set up axis etc.

 

I can only move hat switch left and right now when looking at aircraft in locked spot.

 

Is there anyway to move around full 360 in outside locked spot view, Could it be a axis that has not been set up in fsuipc ?

Wish I could help.  This is actually exactly what I'm trying to do now too.  Any ideas, anyone?
