Hello everyone

 

I have the Aerosoft boxed version of the PMDG 737NGX but I am having an issue with activation it

 

I put the activation code into the box as it requires but it comes back saying that I have exceeded my activations

 

How do I go about getting this re-set?    Do I need to send a ticket to PMDG or contact Aerosoft to sort this issue
