Other Traffic

Is there any program that will give me random GA aircraft, even gliders etc, flying around that i have to watch out for when I am flying away from an airfield i.e. en route? I want to use this as a way of keeping a good look out outside of the cockpit when flying VFR. I know I can get Traffic 360 etc but are these mainly generating commercial traffic at the airport? Many thanks for any help
