CTD when requesting wind data

Hi,

 

Almost every time I try to request new Wind data, I got this CTD

 

faulting application fsx.exe version 10.0.61637.0 faulting module PMDG_777X.dll exception code 0xc0000417 fault offset 0x002484ea....

 

anyone has a clue before I open a support ticket
