yesterday I downloaded the SP1 and the 300ER. I installed everything and activated the 300ER. Then I tested the 300ER for a few minutes and it worked. Now, I wanted to fly from Frankfurt to Heathrow, but I have no landing gear. I also can't move the yoke, pedals or throttles. The displays are dark and the FMC is not working. At the top the green bar comes up for a second and then it disappears. So the aircraft won't initialize.

Does anybody has an idea?

Don't try to switch between any PMDGs without first exiting the sim and restarting. A pain I know but that's what is required. Actually, now with the SP you get a popup warning but sometimes it still doesn't show.

I already tried that. I tried loading the PMDG 777 at the first time and I tried first loading the default cessna and then switching to the 777. Both didnt work for me.

I got it working now. I uninstalled everything (Base, SP1 and Expansion). Then I installed the Base Pack and started FSX and therafter I installed SP1 and 300ER.
