Help To Network This Program On The Client !

Hi folks

the first thing i post here is because i cannot register in thier forum from three months till today (no luck)

i have PRO ATC X and i need to run it through my laptop.

i have follow at least 5 topics on networking the PRO ATC X on a client, i install the simconnect (provided in thier website) on the server and the client, also installed the SDK of my fsx Disc then install SDK a1 the SDK of the Acceleration version on the server and the client......and everything is done.....

here is the simconnect XML content:

all of these is taken from thier support forums and followed exactly step by step. and i have all paths inside the program are set correctly, and the program gives me UNABLE TO CONNECT TO FSX! when i start it.

i try to register to post in thier support forum but also there a problem in the registration not let me to register.

could i get the help, it seems like  i have some thing wrong with my simconnect.??????????
