Can anyone help me? Just purchased ASN and installed both updates (except the key one) and every single time I try and load it, the program will crash within seconds. It will say "Please Wait" at the main page and "Initializing" at the bottom grey bar. After a few seconds of waiting, about 10-20, it will just close with no error message and the icon at the bottom task bar will disappear. I run Razer Game Booster but its not open when ASN is.  I spent $60 for a weather engine and now I have a program that crashes. Kind of disappointed for the price I payed thought a program like this would work fine off that bat. Hopefully someone can help and the program and I can makeup.

It may be something as easy as a hidden ("ghost") registration/activation window, or firewall settings preventing ASN internet connectivity (required for proper activation).

Ok, thanks i did and they haven't got back for a while now. Do you know how i remove the firewall on it or the hidden ghost thing? what is the ghost thing?
