Yoke Disconnects With 777

Well here's a new one for you guys!

I didn't have this problem with the 777LR prior to the SP1/300ER, but now, I am constantly having my Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick disconnect on me while on the ground. I am using FSDT's KLAX, Squawkbox, and of course, the PMDG 777 series. The joystick always works at first, but quite often, during my pushback or at some point of my initial cockpit set up, the joystick will disconnect and will refuse to reconnect. 

I have already tried turning off all the USB power saving options, and the problem persists.
