I manually downloaded and installed the SP1b ubdate for the T7 basepack.

But when I open the operations center, it keeps telling me that there is a newer version for the 300ER available:

 

 

Why is that?

Because there is a newer version available.  But you have to log onto the account where you purchased the 300ER, find the download link, redownload the whole file (same name but newer version), and run it.  You can't do it through the Op Center.
