Happen today at SKBOAvianca 757 hits Lanchile (a340?) that was holding off the active waiting to TOhttp://eltiempo.terra.com.co/naci/2005-03-...N-2019834-1.jpg http://eltiempo.terra.com.co/IMAGEN/IMAGEN-2019538-1.jpgIt seems to be a pilot error.Also, A flight from the providencia Islands off the cost of Nicaragua went down just 10 secs after liftoff....8 dead including the Pilot and FO.
