I bought from PMDG site the 777 and my order id is 285772 My name is Khaled Nsouli

 

each time I wanted to chose the plane it was asking for activation key that I was entering but now it says I exceeded the activation numbers ????????????

I posted to the support many times the problem beside other problems like starting without landing gears and black displays for a week and nobody answered me?

So strange for a respectable site like PMDG

anyways , I am not here to create issues I want my problem to be solved  the soonest possible.

You need to raise a support ticket with pmdg they will reset it and allow you to activate then
