Weird sound issue

I am now having an issue with the pmdg 777 300er and sound affects such as turning knobs or switching switching switches. I wasnt having this issue til windows i believe yesterday windows came out with updates and since then when i fly the pmdg i get no sound and when i go down to my lil speaker icon in the right corner by clock on windows i have two speakers mixers one has just fsx on on and the other has my acars, asn, etc. This is a weird issue i have flown my level d 767, and my ngx no issues everything worked just fine! Any help would be great!

Just realized is has some the sounds from the fsx and pmdg go threw my speakers on my laptop and some going threw my headset which it all use to go threw.
