September 1, 201411 yr Canadian Xpress® was established on April 1st 2009 and was officially launched on September 4th 2009. As part of the ongoing celebrations leading up to the 4th of September, we held our August Fly-In at 2 different times of the day so that all pilots that are located world-wide could celebrate this historic event. Our 5th Anniversary Fly-In was held on Saturday, August 23rd at 10h00edt (14h00z) and 20h00edt (24h00z) where we flew from our training center in Moncton Airport (CYQM) to our corporate offices in Montreal (CYUL). Loading up passengers at Moncton (CYQM). Taxiing. Holding short of runway 06 for a departing C750. Taking off roll on runway 06 Moncton (CYQM). Climbing to 22,000 ft. Begining decent on the OMBRE3 Star. Established on runway 06L at Montréal (CYUL). Short final. Safely down on runway 06L. Taxiing to the gate while a company AT72 touches down. Final preparations before pushing back and starting engines. Giving way to a company MD11. Lined up on runway 06 in Moncton (CYQM) waiting for ATC clearance for take-off. On final runway 24L at Montréal (CYUL). Safely down on runway 24L. Taxiing to the cargo ramp. Shutdown while other company traffic continue to arrive.
