Locked Viewpoint

Evening Gents and Ladies,

Was on FSX earlier, and i accidentally smacked my hand against my keyboard when i went to reach for something on my desk. It's hit some buttons on my keyboard, and I don't know which ones, as in the process it has caused my viewpoint in FSX to completely lock out. It isn't the yoke or keyboard, as they still work separately outside of FSX fine. 

For example, when im in the VC or spot view, the view will load, however I am unable to move around (looking up, down, left and right).

Does anyone have any ideas on what I have done and how I can fix it?
