September 12, 201411 yr SInce transitiioning to P3D I have been working to get aircraft for a Virtual Airline I fly for to work, but having problems with CTD's when trying to Load or Save has been my bane for a while. DVA fleet aircraft have had a lot of dedicated people work towards making their planes more than vanilla. Last night I finally found the answer, Headers in the aircraft.cfg file! Say you have someone who added several liveries to the config file but at the end you had a couple of [aircraft.xx] but nothing added. These will cause the Prepar3D program not to allow a load or save! Once I cleaned up the config file, no more problems. I remembered an article I read that said, previous coding (sloppy was the word), P3D could not handle. I guess this is one of those things it does not like. I hope this helps someone else!
