Vsync Windowed Question

Hello, I use the windowed vsync tweak in my fsx, i have the forcewindowedvsync in my .cfg and also created the batch file. My question though is what do I set the vsync setting to in NI? Currently I have it to force off because of the tweak in my .cfg Is this wrong or correct?
