Camera views shifted?

Featured Replies

I seem to have problems when it comes to views I've initially set up.

I customized the views of my plane with 4 different angles, all with DHM checked, and only 1 (default captain view) with TrackIR enabled on it.

Whenever I pause TrackIR, then press a button to change views (cycling views), then unpause TrackIR afterwards, I'm always unable to have the views come back to where they should be placed. It is either too zoomed forwards, tilted up or down, etc, and i'm unable to recover the original angles i've set up unless I start a new flight again.

Example:
Default view before pausing TrackIR:

View after pausing TrackIR, cycling through the cameras, and unpause TrackIR

Example 2:

Default view of my overhead (TrackIR disabled on this view)

View after pausing TrackIR, cycling views, then unpause TrackIR:

I've had this problem in FSX for over a year, thinking it's a FSX issue.

Just got P3D v2 3 days ago, and the problem is still here.

Am I missing something to fix this?

Not sure there is any fix for this as it seems to be the result of normal operation when pausing TRACKIR in one view and unpausing it in another after the base eye point position has changed. Try not pausing TRACKIR and just select the new view, occasionally you may need to reset or recenter the TRACKIR device.
