October 9, 201411 yr I had done the patch for 2.4, but decided to wipe it clean and do the full install as I was having a few issues. I have done this on previous versions also. When looking at the prepar3d.cfg file, after the initial load and quick flight, I noticed there was no entry for my video card i.e. [Display.Device.Nvidia xxxxxxxx] I have not checked any deeper to see what else might be missing at this time. Not sure why, but maybe someone can explain. I am going to go into the settings>Display and adjust my settings to the usual. Maybe after doing that it will put the entry in the cfg file.
