Back again,

I tried using the suggestions  but still have the same problem

would I be better to delete all reference to PMDG 700 and reinstall

or could this be something not related to pmdg

 

my PMDG 777-200LR/F plane only showing partly, not all there, all other plane images look to be ok,

 

I am in windows FSX

the circling image of the plane loads as it normally does in FSX but it is all broken up like it was the framework of the plane

this only happens with the PMDG image,

HIGHMEMFIX=1 in your fsx.cfg should do the trick.
