Ultimate traffic and Fshotseat.clash???

Featured Replies

Hianyone here run these two programs together in Fs2004.i've been having problems with crashes(reboots)but since uninstalling these from Fs2004,my crashes have stopped(fingers and toes crossed)i know that both programs have a traffic avoidance system in them, and wondered if this could be the problem??.one of them(think its fshotseat )has a popup ACAS,but this has never worked properly.maybe once or twice.could it be clashing with the other one?? any ideas appreciated stevesetup...amd3500+ 64 939 pinAbit AV8 mobo 939 pin1gb ballistic 400 memorymaxtor Sata 75gb HDcoolermaster stacker caseFS2004.plus9.1 patchactivecamera v2 plus 9.1 patchactivesky2004.5 latest patchesNu roads ver 2flight enviroment(flight1)ultimate terrain Alaska/canadafsgenesis mesh alaska/canada

sorry..that should be TCAS...not ACAS steve

I run both with no problems, but I do not use the TCAS function, so perhaps that is the difference. While on the topic, do FS Flight Keeper and FSHotseat work together? I was have some problems the one evening I tried running them together, but it may have been something else. I did not try much experimenting at the time.Tony

sorry tonydon't have Fsflight keeper.thanks for input.i'm sure one of the programs is a pop-up TCAS.it comes on if any aircraft come too close.the other is a voice type.getting confused with all the different software i run... thanks steve

TonyI run both FSK and FSH together and have not had a problem. I probably shouldn't have said that. I suspect the answer for you lies elsewhere.Bud
