FS Live AFCAD or PAI AFCAD?

Featured Replies

I was wondering if I can get some opinions....As far as realism is concerened, which AFCAD is more realistic for default airports, FS Live's or Project AI's? I understand for some scenery, like Simflyers, they will need special AFCADs. But for realistic parking and runway usage, which is better?ThanksBrad

I am using Project AI's with FSlive. Everything works well and planes go where they need to park. But, I have lot of add-on scenery so it was not a choice which AFCADS to use, I just copied everything over to FSlive folder and deleted there stuff.

I could not find the FS Live AFCAD folder. Where is it, scenery or add on scenery? I deleted a fold and got rid of my UT Afcads. Now it seems the only AFCADS i have are from PAI. I guess that means the smaller airports will have no traffic unless I manually install.

I am at work, but it's in the scenery folder, I think. FSlive creates it's own folder when you install the software, and it's in the folder where you usually install your AFCADS. Sorry I can't help right now, I can visulaize it but can't give you the exact name of the folder.

Sounds good. I'm at work too and can visualize something too. I just can't put my finger on it. Also, do you know if there is a program that will look at your FS9 files/folders to make sure there are no duplicates or make sure things are in the correct folders? I have no idea if there are.
