Unrealistic range on P3D Mooney Acclaim

Am I missing a aircraft config update?  Ever since P3D has come out, the range I get on the default Acclaim is 2 or 3 times what it should be.  I consistently get ranges in the 2400 - 3600 nm range. 

Is there a tweak people are using to bring this down to the real world 1200 nm figure?  I know I could just go into the aircraft cfg file and increase the fuel burn ... but I was wondering if there was some other solution, based on better overall flight modeling that I may have missed.
