Need Help With A Work Joke

Could someone please walk me thru the steps of transfering the head shot on the bottom using MS Paint into the iron lung in the top photo}( http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/68849.jpg

On the toolbar, select "freeform select" in the upper left corner (the star looking thingy). move your cursor down to the lil' punkin haid in the bottom drawing. you will see crosshairs. pick a point on the outline of the image of this little person and hold down the left button and draw around the head. release the button when you are finished. put your cursor on the lil' punkin haid and drag it to the lung. position and let go. save. yer done!
