Vehicle Preview Window Problem

Hi Everyone

 

I have been having problem everytime I select an aircraft, it will dropped down to the preview view window. Once I have selected it to load, it would freeze. I do have my airbus preloaded in the main menu, from there it will download with no issues. Anyone else has this problem?
