Found out why P3D.exe would not completely free itself from memory

When I closed P3D, my Saitek panel exe would close but p3d.exe, although not visible, was still in memory as a process. I went back through what I had installed over the past week and started removing them but still p3d.exe still in memory. I then remembered FSUIPC. I loaded P3D and opened FSUIPC and unchecked wide client and that did it 

Not sure if anyone else was having an issue.
