Looking for partner for scenery project...custom buildings

I am looking for someone who has experience with adding custom buildings to scenery. I am working on a project, a re-design of KTRI Tricities Regional Airport. There isn't even an up to date AFCAD around for this airport and it's in an awesome area to fly in and out of. 

I have spent a LOT of time updating this so far and am close to being done with the general layout and signage etc. I work at this airport so I have put it together with my own photos and experience of the airport.

What I need help with is adding some custom 3D buildings to the airport such as the terminal, a few hangars, and a few custom objects. This airport is pretty small so shouldn't be much work at all. The terminal is even available already as a Google Sketchup download and it looks pretty accurate, I just don't have the knowledge or tools to place the items. I can send my ADE file to whoever wants to take a stab at it a,d will provide full credit when making the scenery available to everyone.
