I read on your website the following thing:

 

 

Is the CDU synced in this version? Yes, but not directly. The included fsx panel is required to sync the cdu's.

What does this mean? How can I sync the two FMC's?

 

My second question is if you can change who is responsible for which item. In the Settings are things like "CaptainControlAltitude" and so on you can change. Can you also add other items below to make it more realistic? In your version the cockpit is just cut in the middle and that is very unrealistic. If this is not possible maybe you can take a look in the FCOM to see who is responsible for what.

The CDU panel can be accessed inside the simulator as a 2D panel. Similar to the default GPS panel and can be used to sync the aircrafts CDU's by pressing the corresponding buttons.

 

Example: If you press the left line button on the DP CDU Panel it will automatically press the same button on the aircrafts CDU and sync's it over the network for the other pilot to see.

 

The pro edition uses the pilot flying, pilot monitoring approach and is based on the manuals. So the pf or pm has access to the entire aircraft and the aircraft is no longer cut in half. B)

I did download the free shared cockpit version of the PMDG 737ngx , had some great fun in that with friends!

 

Regarding the PMDG 777 , do you have a release date or any updates on the program ?

The triple seven comes included with the pro edition and there are no set release dates at the moment.

Does the FMS Sync do already work with free version ? Or will it only work with the Pro Version ? Would you get it synced almost everything so that the menu will be not needed anymore ?
