Saitek Radio Panel missing middle Segment display - X-Plane 10

I'm running X-Plane 10 and after installing the drivers for the Saitek Radio Panel, I noticed that at first,

there was NO RED LED display on the panel. Then after recycling the X-Plane 10, and repeatedly unplugging and plugging in the Panel and using the Windows 8 Test software from Saitek, that the displays showed

but were all, missing the middle horizontal segment display. 3 looks like ] 8, looks like a 0.

 

I'm wondering if anyone has encountered a similar problem?
