FS Global Mesh Download/Install help

Where do I go to get help with downloading and unzipping and installing FS Global.????

When I downloaded FS Global (the second zip file ie PILOTsFSG2010FTX.z01) using Internet Download Manager, it shows up in the file I downloaded with a 'page' icon vs. the little 'vice' icon normal for zip files.

Does this mean it did not download properly?

I cannot find meaningful download instructions other than using a "hash generator" to generate a MD5 value based on a string. What string?

Where can I find help at Pilot's?
