i have vsync in my cfg and i have done the batch file to make it work in windowed mode but my gpu load was really low, when i got into to uk2000 egkk with all the essential addons my frames were horrible and i am sure that the batch file worked because in the outside view in cruise it was steady at 29-30fps.

 

The frame rate is much better in fullscreen mode for some odd reason because i tested it. My frames in fullscreen mode were 22-29 fps and i could hear my gpu fans but in windowed mode my frames would be at 15fps looking at the overhead panel in the AXE.
