Menu and Camera Issue

Hi All

 

I have just installed v2.4 and I have two issues.  First I have a camera issue that whenever I use the mouse to look, it keeps snapping back to the left seats seat and I cant pan around.  The other issue I have is that when i open the menus, i'm having this weird tearing thing going on.

 

Any suggestions ?
