Hi there again,

 

Benjamin here, recently I just rebuilt by PC I bought a new MOBO a new gpu, the gtx 760, and kept my old i7-2600k, currently I have overlcoked the cpu to 4.0ghz in the bios  but whenever I launch my cpu monitoring program my cpu still lingers below 3.4 ghz

and also my FSX runs at 9 ghz normally, since I installed Active sky Next, before that my fps was around 30, witn the pmdg 777, I am torn, should I replace the cpu or refund Active Sky next?
