Can you confirm what product and version you are using and if OpusFSI what weather update mode you are using (default or selective updates) ?

DHM reflects the current turbulence level and such things as vibrations so it may not be on all the time. DHM is suspended during the final stages of a weather update and resumed again immediately after. But will only be active if turbulence levels demand.

Another possibility is you have a key or button assigned to toggle DHM on and off in the Shortcuts dialog and are perhaps using the same button or key when updating the weather. OpusFSI most definitely resumes DHM after a weather update so you could check that. You could also check the Spy window to see what the turbukence level is. If zero then no DHM motion.
