December 29, 201411 yr I found that while trying to do missions, they were coming up in the dark instead of daylight. After finding that none of the suggested fixes worked, I went in to FSUIPC and unchecked the "Sync to System" time. Apparently, FSUIPC messes with Missions as well as free flight. Daylight missions are now responding correctly.

Daylight missions are now responding correctly Brilliant. I have to laugh because last night I just trie the pole to pole mission and chose day when it was night time here, it came up dark. I was mystified. Guess what option I had just checked in FSUIPC the other day? lol. Thanks much. Very cool to see this post.
