E jets fms speed mode limit below FL100

I am using the E170 and E190 jets.

In FMS speed mode, the speed appears to be hard-coded at 240KIAS below FL100.

 

If I change that in the FMS initialization page to 250, then it climbs at 250 even after FL100.

Is there a way to change the limit from 240 to 250 below FL100 in FMS speed mode ?
